I live in IA and bought a reclining chair from Save On for my friend in St joseph. About a yr later Caroline broke the chair and I called Save On to see if it was still under warrantee and they said their was a lifetime warrantee on the frame. I talked to Glenn and he said he would pick it up and take it back to Save On to assess the damage. It didnt need any parts it just needed a little work. Caroline got her chair back that day and she was so happy. Glenn had to borrrow a truck to pick it up and take it back and the store manager and another employee worked on the chair. I am very happy with Save On and their wonderful staff for doing this for me since I was out of state and could not get the chair back and forth to Save On and to Caroline who is in a nursing home. The chair works great now and I plan on doing my furniture shopping at Save On in St Joseph, MO.
