The Spice staff gently guides the evening?s events with experience, great sensitivity and humor, keep a strong handle on the dynamics of the room, and have the timing perfectly in tune. We truly appreciate all of their hard work on our behalf. \r
Chef Rick, Nato, Pieter, and all the talented and fabulous kitchen crew ? you are all quite simply the best! The Groom looked me straight in the eye after his first forkful and said: ?This is SOOOOOO good! I couldn?t be happier with the food, it?s absolutely delicious.? I know you all take it in stride, but please know that the delicious dinners you produce are truly enjoyed, and really play an integral part in a great Spice event. \r
