My first call to this company early in the morning, was answered most cheerfully by Juanita, I was almost put off , because it was not a good morning for me, but something in her tone, made me be as up as she was. (My taking my water heater deciding to throw up all night ,with water everywhere and me not knowing about whether since it was gas, and my family and pets were going to be blown to smithereens ) I decided not to take out my frustrations on her) So glad I didn't and decided to take the high road…she found a reschedule on her books and sent a tech out. Tim H. came out, introduced himself, nice white shirt, clean cut, well mannered , took a look at my problem w. heater , discussed options and quickly got to work! Holy Mother of God. Thanks and relief to all at B.F. Plumbing.
