Businiess name:  Apartment People
Review by:  Sarah B.
Review content:
I agree, Apartment People can be very pushy and will definitely show you apartments that are just over your budget. When I was looking last year in February, they showed me 3 really nice one bedrooms, all about 100 more than what I could afford. The last apartment they showed was the smallest in size and price by far, but it was also exactly what I was looking for. So in that respect, they helped me find an apartment that I otherwise wouldn't have found on my own. I love it, and the building and managment company, and will be renting a larger apartment in the same building in a few months (Ceadar Realty is great!). What burns me, though, was I had a $25 off rental, or something similar, from Apartment People. When I submitted final paperwork to them (downpayment and credit check) they said the management company would take it off the rent. When I asked the management company, they were adamant Apartment People was supposed to honor it. I was too frustrated to deal with it, and because it was only $25. Still, it got my ire up.
