Professional Professional and Professional. Chris made my experience with replacing entry door painless. He called and introduced himself before his viisit and arrived earlier than expected. He was extremely thorough putting my new door up and he was need. I admit I am s need freak so that is the best quality i look for in service. He explained the features of my door and it's working parts. I HIGHLY recommend Chris and Preferred Windows and Doors. Excellent 5 star service.
