I was dealing with my HOA on several leaks to my tile roof, they contracted Triple AAA in a timely manner to fix the leaks and the leaks had yet to be fixed properly after several visits by AAA. It was nearly a year later and I have incurred interior damage due to the inability to properly fix the leaks in a timely manner and now they are refusing to pay for the interior damage due to their inability to fix the leaks. Needless to say another roofer was contracted to fix what they could not. The new roofer stated that the tiles were mismatched and should never have been put on. Funny thing is the tiles all matched before Triple AAA roofing showed up the first time!
