I am extremely disappointed with this group at this time. We had used this group in the past and had been pleased with their services and it generally has taken a hour for the services. In May we requested a service call to have routine cleaning and servicing of our AC and furnace. I was called into work last minute and my college son was home and let the service man in. He spent 15 maybe 20 minutes at our home and when I returned within a hour he was already gone. I was unable to determine that anything had been done. I have made multiple calls and have 4 notes and 1 formal letter to them (cc to the BBB) requesting a call from the serviceman or agency representative to explain what had been done, or to send an itemized bill of what was done or have someone stop over to show me what was done....The only response I have received to date is at note stating: "We have a 1 hour minimum charge of $186.00" and a paragraph of "Service Call Rates". I would not use their services.
