RUN RUN RUN away from this property management company. All you have to do is look at the condition of the majority of the homes they maintain. They are dirty, and unkept. \r
I originally rented a home with Texas Heritage who merged with JWC during my lease. Upon my move out, I gave proper notice and a forwarding address. I paid $225 for a cleaning service. I am now being charged $250 for cleaning, (because the top of the fridge was not wiped down) along with $1200 for dead grass. I asked them numerous times to do something about the grub worm infestation that were eating all the grass seeds I was laying down. They told me, I did not maintain the yard. There were numerous stains to the carpet (that I noted in the move in inspection) but because I did not state the color of ALL of the stains, I am being charged for ALL of them.
