JWC Rentals gets negative 10 stars from my family. I don't even know where to begin. This is the most currupt buisness I have ever personally dealt with!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SOLDIERS BEWARE!!! I moved into a property managed by them in May 2010. During the move in inspection theie employee took pictures of all the damageto the house. (and I mean alot of damage) She assured me that all of the pictures would be downloaded and be on file for when we moved out of the home. Like an idiot I took her word for it. They are charging me for all the old damage THAT WOULD B ON FILE! They didn't even include the one thing we know was damaged. Just all the old stuff. The grass was brown when we moved in I was told all I had to do was mow the lawn and now they are charging me $1500 for DEAD GRASS! I had to pay for trash removal when we first moved in because they never had the stuff removed like they said. I left trash for city of killeen to pick up from cleaning the yard and the hous
