I wish that I had read reviews before I signed a lease agreement with JWC. They are horrible about getting repairs done in a timely manner. I always had to threaten to get in touch with the owners to get anything done. Luckily they had left their # and address with me. The other thing that they will try to do is charge you for anything and everything when you move out. they are trying to charge me $1,500.00 for grass that did not exist in the first place. Any green that existed were weeds from the get go. PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU CHOOSE TO RENT FROM THEM.
