It's been a mixed bag dealing with JWC. For starters, they're probably the largest rental agency in Killeen. I think they charge too much rent, but all the rental agencies do here. They know the BAH rates, and set the rates of the houses accordingly.\r \r I can say, the staff I've dealt with at JWC has always been polite and friendly. That's the good part. The bad part is that communication seems to be lacking between the different offices within JWC. I've had some issues with home repairs especially. The most annoying was when my fridge in the rental home started going out. They sent out a repairman who had no idea what he was doing. That led to a lot of back and forth between me, the repairman, the warrenty office the homeowner was covered under and JWC. It seemed like anytime communication dropped through the cracks I was the one who had to start the process all over again - no one from JWC ever seemed to attempt any kind of follow-up. Ever.
