Review content:
Typical outstanding service from Uptown. Leaky shut-off valve to outdoor faucet fixed quickly and cheaply (in fact, no cost!). I was prepared for a more costly solution - remove old shut off valve, replace with new - but Bo tried the simplest solution first, tightened the packing nut and solved the problem, and didn't even make me feel like a complete idiot. It will probably have to be replaced at some time in future, but for now NO Leaks. Thanks...uptown is the greatest - we have had them install all house air conditioning and brand new furnace, and have always been treated with great service personnel who know what they are doing and who treat you in a friendly, courteous manner.
