I did a refinance with Jay Sondhi at Guaranteed Rate and I was very satisfied with his assistance and rates. It was very frustrating because my loan was complicated and I needed past W2's because of the IRS and Jay and his team were very patient with me while they were waiting for me to collect all the paperwork. I would highly recommend Jay Sondhi and his team, they're very supportive and want to help you achieve your goals. I've already forwarded his info to friends, I trust that he would help anyone close their loans.
