As is always the case, if something is going to break, leak, or stop working it must do it on a Friday afternoon. My normal goto plumbing company was closed for the weekend so I had to trust the Internet rating and find an alternative. I was not disappointed, Tim H. from Ben Franklin was out in under and hour and had the offending heater replaced and the new one working in after a few hours. Tim was extremely professional, explaining everything that he would need to do and the options that were available without the hard sell. I highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing if you find yourself in need of a good plumber.
