Review content:
We decided to take a weekend trip to see Mount Rushmore. After reviewing all the reviews, we selected to stay at the Radisson in Rapid City since it was next to the "historic downtown" area and "the best hotel in Rapid City." Staying near the downtown was not a plus. Unless you are into lower end pubs and sports bars, downtown is no attraction. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The value for the $159 price was definitely not worth it. In retrospect, we would have rather stayed in Keystone or Deadwood or one of many lodges and casinos in the Black Hills.
