These folks were extremely unfair and unprofessional to my wife and I. Upon moving into the apartment, it was in horrible condition. We wanted to be sure we werent held responsible for damages upon our move out so it was told to us that they documented this and we wouldnt be. It took forever get someone out from them to fix all the broken light fixtures, paint, holes, etc. Then the apartment later sold and we were not accomodated at all during this process. They pressured us to get out of the apartment even though we had a lease and were made overall to feel unwelcome in our apartment. They also said our expensive security deposit was no longer their problem. It is currentlt unaccounted for. Any questions we had, were met with basically, ""ask the new owner, it's not our problem anymore."" You never think unprofessional and unfair treatment will happen to you until it actually does, as in our case. I wouldn't recommend First Realty Auburn AL to anyone whatsoever. They have an F grade with the Better Business Bureau due to unresolved customer complaints and it's easy to see why.
