I know it is difficult when making a big purchase such as a trailer but I want anyone who is thinking about purchasing a trailer through Akins Trailer Sales in Harrisburg, Oregon to know that Thad and Rochelle Akins will go above and beyond for their customers. I had a 3 horse Bison with 8 feet of living space built through Akins Trailers. I never met them everything was done over the phone and internet. I had millions of questions which were answered promptly. They guided me through the process with suggestions not pushing. They gave me a suggestion where to get financing and again very smooth process.\r

After the trailer was built in Indiana it had to be hauled from the manufacture. Unfortunately this was the dead of winter and the person hauling the trailer put it into a snow bank. There of course was damage to the trailer. I want anyone considering a purchase to know that Thad and Rochelle took charge immediately and had a new trailer built in record time for me as well as they had them add an electric jack (a feature that I had not paid for).\r

Whether we are in tough economic times or in the best of times we want to do business with GOOD people and that is what Thad and Rochelle are, good honest people that care about their customers.
