This place is great. My dog has been a loyal patient of this establishment since 2008. Two days after I adopted she had what looked like a hernia. Banfield stated she had a hernia and wanted to charge me $800 to fix her. I was in a dilemma because I didn't want to return her animal services for fear that they would euthanize her. A friend told me take her to my vet. I took her Dr. Vazquez, she quickly stated the what my dog had was bleeding from the inside stitches to the outside stitches. She proceeded to take a syringe and remove the blood. After check up and this procedure total bill was a little over $100 dollars big difference from $800 that Banfield wanted to charge. I told the Dr. at Banfield what had occurred and he said nonchalantly ""oh okay"". No I'm sorry, these things happen, nothing. Since that day, I am a loyal customer. I drive over 14 miles every time I take my dog to the vet but wouldn't have it any other way.
