I have been a customer of 42nd Photo for some time. I have always been treated like a VIP, my questions have been answered to my satisfaction. When I had to leave a message I received a call back within minutes. I am very satisfy with the promptness of service. The merchandise was as described in the ad. The salesman (Ralph) was very friendly, very knowledgeable of the product I needed, offered excellent assistance without having to ask for, and he recognized my voice and name when I call and I didn't have to remind him what I was trying to purchase. I will continue doing business with 42nd Photo and will definitely recommend it to friends and family. I will be looking forward to some day going to New York and visiting their facilities and meeting other members of their staff. I
