mr linnenbank is basically a legal thief won't return $3500 for i paid him for job he never preformed went to see linnenbank twice for 30 minutes the day before mediation i called him had never called or emailed him linnenbank said he did not have time i told him i needed was 1 minute linnenbank said no i fired him immediately i paid him $3500 but he doesn't have 1 minute i went to mediation without a lawyer linnenbank has been disciplined 3 times by the texas bar but continues to work as lawyer linnenbank told me to move out of my house which is worst thing to do because it makes me look bad linnenbank also told me to give him my handgun even through i have a concealed handgun license then would not give it back had to go to sugar land police dept who said it was civil issue
