Review content:
We had Clinton Electric do a complete overhaul on our electrical system. They got it done on time and the project went wonderfully. Their prices were reasonable and the customer service was exceptional. The guy Luke who actually did the work came two days in a row and he was really wonderful. He really helped out when we lost all electricity and I couldn't find the power cords in the house. I had to go out and buy 24 pounds of ice to keep the refrigerator and freezer cold, and he was kind enough to help me bring all of it in. He was even considerate of our two dogs as he was bringing it in.
Christina and the other young lady in the office went out of their way to assist us. They made sure they called back when they said they would, in a reasonable amount of time. They really listened to what we had to say and were not dismissive. They did whatever they could to help us, offering whatever discounts they had available. I liked that they gave us options and let us take our time and choose- they were not pushy or impatient. They walked us through the project and let us know what was going on. They were really kind, patient, and understanding. They even called back today to follow up and make sure everything was going well.
I would rate Clinton Electric very highly; as a matter of fact, we just got a policy for the whole year so if anything else goes wrong, they are the first ones to know. They do their job well- and then some. They are really personable, with an old-timey, family feel. We were really pleased with Clinton Electric and they are great to work with. I would recommend them to any of my friends, family, or neighbors.
