I am associated with Andrews University, and for the last 3 years i have insured my motor vehiles with State Farm. Its agent is Chris Osb***. in 2010 my monthly premium was $112. in 201 it went upto $121. Then in 2012 it was $130. But in Jan., 2013 it shot off the roof; a mega increase by 90%!!! From Jan-Jul (i did not know that) I was being charged $224.00/month! Since i never received any notice of this increase i did not know. But when i checked my bank statement for the month of July, i discovered this for the first time. I right away set an appointment to see the agent. and i also requested the copies of my statement. The office secretary told me that they can only provide statements from 2011 & forward. as soon as i showed, the Agent said, "we are not going to talk about 2010-2012. we're only going to talk about 2013." then i pointed out "Sir, the premium increase of 2013 cannot be separated from the first 3 years." Then he snapped, "sorry, then we are done! there is nothing to
