Bidding the job:
After getting 3 quotes, I chose Code Red for my roof repair based on the following. First, their price quote was more in line with my budget opposed to the other quotes. Secondly, the repair estimator was very thorough explaining the problem, and the method of the repair process. This was important because I'm a technical person and researched the repair options.
Completing the repair:
The crew was very personable and completed the process in a few hours. They were careful not damage the existing clay tiles and did the repair to my satisfaction.
Verifying the repair:
Two days after the repair we had a heavy rain throughout the day. I examined for leaks and the roof interior was dry.
I'm completely satisfied with the experience.
