Review content:
The place is nice and the staff are good people. Glad you're doing great and always busy. But with your success, you should think of your customers more. Don't advertise you're open until 6PM if from approximately 5:15/5:30 on, you lock the doors just so you can go home on time. Your customers have lives too and rely on your services. It is very frustrating to drive all the way there, for you not to let us in. I get that by making your hours 5:30, customers will likely drop off earlier, but that’s happening already if we can't rely on your door being unlocked. Lastly, not all stations are kept equally clean. You were more diligent earlier on. People don't like seeing hair from others across the shelf in front of them. Hope you listen!
