Review content:
I installed my own humidistat and wired it to my furnace. All went well until I turned on my A/C. The continuous fan did not work. I tried reconnecting a wire resulting in a blown fuse making my furnace inoperable. I called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning at 3:00 PM. Rose immediately dispatched Jimmy D. He came within an hour and a half after finishing another call. Although I had caused the problem he quickly repaired the problem. He commended me on the humidistat install and explained exactly what was the problem.
It is like having a friend in the family who knows heating and air conditioning. I will ask for him on my next servicing. I have been using One Hour for years and have always been pleased with the service and the technicians' expertise.
