My HVAC unit quit blowing hot air and I needed it repaired so my landlord hired Alaskan Home Services to try and fix it. The technicians were very friendly and polite, but it was frustrating because they couldn't seem to fix the problem. It took them three visits to fix it and I thought that was a bit much. They eventually fixed the problem and they were really professional in my home, but I wouldn't exactly call them efficient so I would keep that in mind.
