Review content:
How this place remains in business (I don't understand who would ever take their dog here) is beyond me. The place was smelly and cramped -- the ""day care"" area was nothing but a small area right at the reception desk cordoned off with some baby gates, where dogs of all sizes were mixed together (plus, the large windows face west, so on a summer day, I can only imagine how much more stuffy and stinky it gets). The people working at the front desk were barely polite, and seemed completely disinterested in explaining what we needed to do to bring our dog there. I basically had to interrogate them to get any of the details, and boy, about those details: if you want to bring your dog to day care, you have to call the day in advance, and if you for some reason you can't make it, this place *charges you anyway* (and it's not even like the rates are a smokin' deal or anything). Basically, the facilities look barely passable for your dog, and the rules you have to follow are a complete pain in the neck for you. (What a way to run a business -- what Dee's lacks in facilities, it makes up for with marginal customer service and very customer-unfriendly policies.) Go somewhere else. Pros: Great location right on Mockingbird. What a waste. Cons: Everything else. Poor facilities, average customer service, customer-unfriendly policies.
