Businiess name:  Dee's Doggie Den

Review content:
We met Dee when we took a 6mo old Rottweiler we rescued from an abusive neighbor because Hillside Vet would not touch him ? dirty, sickly and aggressive. Dee cleaned the sores that the feces had left, shaved him and gave him a bath. Although new as dog owners, we were prepared and did have the records of his shots. This should be the first question they ask ? you are responsible to be prepared with this info. Dee will even give them their Bortadella if needed. We have left Scooby and Lola at day care and overnight in the old & new locations where water is always present and it is air-conditioned! Ms. VA forgot to mention the air-conditioning. The new location offers a unique outdoor play area with soft astro-turf and drainage so it can be hosed down and is always clean. Better than Mockingbird or Bark Park by far. The interior open play area smells bad because dogs poo and urinate in there. But the one critic who gagged at the smell is overreacting, unrealistic and definitely has never been to the Dallas Shelter. The fecal matter is picked up and I have never found fecal matter on our dogs when they are picked up. The dogs are fed, watered and have space to run around, right in the middle of Dallas. Those with the negative comments are not being fair. The person who toured the place before bringing their dog acts as if there was a conspiracy and they suddenly changed the place on them. The chaotic comment is accurate at times, but what do you expect with a rush a people dropping off/ picking up their dogs at the same time. \r \r Scooby and Lola at 110lbs and 80lbs seem happy to be with other dogs, are taken care of and when bathed it is done perfectly. I would like to see another place do this with a 110lb Rottweiler who doesn?t like people. We give Dee?s a perfect score and have for over seven years.
