I took my baby to Dee's and i cried the whole time i was out, the lady at the front desk was incompetent and not welcoming at all even tho she knew it was our FIRTS time there, she got my dog's name wrong she didn't care, she took her back to the daycare area and i was overwhelmed with how many dogs were there it smelled so bad. She took my dog Chevelle's collar off and threw her in a room full of dogs there must have been at least 25 dogs in there plus my dog, it was full of poop and pee all the dogs were stepping all over it. The dogs were not supervised at all. My husband said we should just try it out. i came back for her around 5:30pm and i went back to get her and her collar and leach were missing not in the correct letter, she had to go looking for it. I look into the play area where they had her and she was hiding in the corner the guy that was supposed to take ""care"" of her was vacuuming instead, she's terrified of the vacuum!!!! at this time i decided i was NEVER bringing her to this establishment. I hated that she was so sad on our ride home and she seemed so happy to see us... to top it off they labeled her food with the name Chennel!!!
