Review content:
Had Thermal King Windows come to the home and give a quote. Was pretty shocked to get a nearly $10,000 quote for about 8 average sized windows. Could not figure out why they were nearly demanding my wife be present at the time and then I figured it out during the sales pitch. Salesman would not leave a quote insisting that his hand writing was bad and one would be sent by mail. Nearly a month later and three additional calls requesting one and still nothing, not even a return phone call. Other companies selling what I believe is a comparable product did not even come close to this bid, some were about half the cost. Another problem is if they are not calling back now, what would they have done if I bought the windows and called with a problem?
