Just the convenance is about the only great thing I can say about this dealership. The service has went down hill and it's very sad to see. I guess business is doing well so they have lost there lust for good customer service. I had a few task that needed some attention and left my Hyundai for a few hours so that it could be repaired. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle I noticed it was busy in the service area and it seemed that they wanted me to hurry up and leave. It was dusk and I didn't notice how dirty my vehicle had gotten until the next morning. I went to get in my vehicle and noticed black grease marks on the bumped and hood. The driver door handle had black grease substance on the handle too. I couldn't believe my vehicle was left looking so filthy with obvious maintainance grease/oil markings. I have bought my last two Hyundai's from Napleton Hyundai (West Palm Beach) and after my maintainance plan is over I will take my business elsewhere. Thank you Hyundai for showing me that my business no longer matters...
