Review content:
After a flooded basement my gas water heater would not light. I called on a Saturday, Eric from Deiter Bros called back within minutes and was at my house in a half hour. He was very professional and tried to fix the water heater. Unfortunately because it was a weekend he could not get the part he needed. He made several calls but those suppliers that were open did not have the part he needed. He explained everything he was doing. He said he would let the office know what was going on and they would repair it on Monday. While he was there he also checked out my gas furnace to make sure it was functioning properly. Deiter Bros. called me early Monday morning and said a repairman was on the way.
