Joe Manausa Real Estate has been handling my property needs for about five years now. Eva Armstrong has been my agent for all of this time. I buy rental properties and occasionally will buy a property to flip. She has a very good understanding of the complexities of buying and selling real estate through a self directed IRA. She and her team work hard for me, I would not consider using anyone else. Eva is always there for me whenever I need to contact her. I would highly recommend the team of Joe Manausa and Eva Armstrong for your real estate needs.
