Review content:
All of the opinions that I have read here about how horrible this company is and I am very suspicious of the positive reviews. As angry as I was about the whole incident I wanted to forget about it. Reading these reviews made me recall my anger.
I feel compelled to relay my horror story.
They came into my house to do their famous $69.95 inspection. After their inspection they told us the heat exchangers in both of our units had to be replaced because they were rusted through and had to be replaced immediately. They had a tester with a camera that showed what they said was the inside to the heat exchanger. I suspected it was showing the inside of the exhaust pipe. They told me that it was the law that they had to disable the units until the heat exchangers were replaced. The total bill for the replacement for both units would amount to over $4000.00.
They applied a lot of pressure for me to get them to do the work. I had a young baby in the house and it was going to be cold over the next few days, so I signed a service agreement on the spot for the services.
When they left I got a second opinion and stopped them from performing the services. I followed the buyers remorse laws for stopping the contract and
they continued to harass me for several months threatening to put liens on my property.
I got the second inspection and Admiral had disabled both units. The heat exchangers were in excellent condition and are still in use and passing inspections after 4 years.
