Caught on I40 inFriday after 5 traffic traveling to the mountains, my check engine light came on with a warning to check now. One call to and a 20 minute drive to Paramount Service (1st time ever), saved my trip and made it almost a pleasant experience to have troubles in Hickory area. In short order the team checked us in, diagnosed the problem, Gave us a loaner and had us on our way.
Never had more attention or been treated so courtesously by a car dealer. Wish I could say the same for Johnson Hyundai in Cary.
If I ever purchase another Hyundai it will be from Paramount!
