Review content:
We've had an issue with our 22 yr old furnace and ac since we moved here in 2013. Decided to finally replace it only after our furnace quit working in the middle of a very chilly night. Called KB first thing in the morning. Michael and the whole KB team was very helpful in getting us a new furnace that day especially since they saw we have a 16 month old. Everyone was very kind and honest.
