Review content:
The staff have consistently polite and helpful when they come to the house. They always show up during the week they are supposed to. On one occasion, we had ants in our kitchen. I called and someone came out within 24 hours to take care of it. There was one time when a person promised to come back the next day to take care of something else. He did not show up. When I called their main offices they were apologetic about it. The man came out the next day and took care of what he had promised he would. He also apologizes for not having shown up.
My wife and I both like the fact that they do not use pesticides, etc.
We recommend them highly.
