Annette’s support in the process of exploring, finding and purchasing our little house in SLO has been simply phenomenal.
Since the first time we met Annette at her office she put me and my wife in a totally comfort position for such stressful, at least for us, process: being some hours driving away from SLO having Annette to help us always ready on phone, text messages and email was key and a peace of mind.
Annette has been great in reviewing our needs and what we were looking for, tailor a nice set of researches for us and provide a nice list of possible options: the house we ended up buying was the perfect house for us and we loved it at the first glance.
During our previous experiences with real estate agents we got primarily the support for the technicalities related to the purchase of the house, documents and paperwork: Annette’s support went way above and beyond that. Annette’s deep knowledge of the real estate in SLO was extremely valuable when my wife and I identified options, very convenient from the cost point of view, but without knowing details of the neighbors, types of constructions and elements related to the history of the land where the houses were built. Annette knows "every little thing" as far as real estate in SLO and she is extremely knowledgable.
Once the house was purchased and escrow completed Annette continued to provide us incredible support by being available to get to the property and to allow access to technicians and workers we needed for some fixes in the property: these are the extra miles we never expected but Annette did for us and we are going to be extremely grateful for what she did for us.
We may say that the experience of purchasing our house in SLO ended up extremely well and not only we had a great real estate agent with us who got the perfect house but, at the end, we realized we got a great friend, we will always be thankful of. Thanks Annette!
