My 20 yr old daughter recently went to matthews for a grinding noise in front end of her car they found the passenger side caliper had froze up causing the pads and rotor to where especially fast they called her and told her she needed all new front brakes calipers rotors and pads on both sides and it would be $700 knowing that I had just replaced those parts months before I asked them to see the old parts the passenger side was definitely worn and needed replacing the drivers side was perfectly fine i pointed out to them that she was a 20 year old college student working part time and felt they had taken advantage of her they told me thats how they do business ! Needless to say my family will never be going to this establishment again
