Annette did a thorough and competent job as seller's agent for recent (closed Dec 2015) sale of our San Luis Obispo condo. We appeciated her attention to detail in keeping the paperwork up-to-date and ensuring all deadlines were met. When it appeared that our buyer would not get financing, she communicated effectively to ensure that we could get the property back on the market quickly if needed. She also referred us to a cleaner and a handyman who both performed on time and at reasonable cost.
We will refer anyone who asks to Annette without hesitation.
