Businiess name:  Frank Wilson-State Farm Insurance Agent

Review content:
Avoid this agency. Was a loyal client for over 30 years. Insured my daughter's graduation-gift car with them and paid 6 months in advance. Three months later, my daughter's car was rear-ended and we immediately filed a report with our agent. Then I was told my daughter's policy had been cancelled due to errors in the paper work filed by Jewel Bourne at Frank Wilson Agency. The errors included, the wrong sex, the wrong living accommodations, and the wrong address, so we never knew of the cancellation. Our agent NEVER called us to let us know. Have numerous emails from them telling me not to worry. Then they gave me a number to call.....State Farm said they were aware of the mistakes made by my own agent, but I would have to pay for the damages myself. Now having to file a report with the California Insurance Commission and hire an attorney to recoup the repair expenses. BE AWARE!!
