After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.

The woman who signed me up said they would weatherstrip the doors, change the shower head, add a thermal blanket to the water tank and that they would check the attic insulation.\r \r The 2 work people arrived the next week and started checking for gas leaks. Claimed that the water heater was leaking gas. They then just replaced the existing low flow shower head with another one, and replaced an outdoor CFL light with another CFL fitting using an unusual fitting which makes the replacement CFL 3x as expensive as a regular screw fitting. They called PG&E about the leak and said they would come back when PG&E had reported that they had fixed the leak.\r PG&E show up and tell me if there is a leak, they will shut off the gas and I must find a plumber to fix the leak. So now a few dollars of "free" work is threatening to become an expensive plumber call out. In the event PG&E said there was no leak and reported the gas OK. \r I called TruTeam and a supervisor came out to apologize and t
