Review content:
To make a long story short, I've just had yet another great service experience over at KARS! This time it was work to be done on my car (wife's car was first).
Ken quoted me a price when I first took it in and it was substantially lower than the dealerships quote. I dropped the car off on a Thursday and planned on picking it up the following Monday. This was a tough step for me because my 350Z is my "baby" and I don't want just anyone working on her! Ken did the repairs (and more!) and called to let me know it was finished a few days later. When I arrived to get the car, Ken shared with me how some other parts had failed while he was in the process of doing ancillary work on my issues with the windows. As a result, Ken had to replace both window motors as well as repair the electric door lock. I shuddered as Ken related these extra problems to me and waited for the bad news of an increased repair bill. Those motors cost over one hundred dollars each!
When I asked how much this was going to cost me over his original quote of $250, he quietly (you know Ken) said that his quote was still good, regardless of the extras he had incurred! BTW, the dealership would have charged me over $1,000 for the same work!
I cannot say enough good things about Ken and his staff. The only problem I have with writing these glowing review(s) is that more people will go to Ken and I will have to wait longer for my turn... Ahh, so be it, go see Ken and the guys over at KARS! I'll wait 'cause it's worth it!
