I like to thank you for quality service. We are happy that we chose Mike Counsil Plumbing. On Jan 11, Jerry Biondo came out to our home and found that our water heater leaked into the house and flooding bathroom, hallway and part of bedroom. The leakage included damage to the water heater closet and the installation under the home/closet. Jerry was very professional. He mentioned he really couldn't install new water heater because the closet was damaged. So he recommended Dry Force who came out and checked the areas that were damaged by the old water heater. It took Dry Force 3 days to dry out the areas in our home. We called Jerry to let him know that Dry Force completed their job, the water heater closet was repaired and we were ready for him to install our new water heater. Jerry came and installed the water heater, we had HOT water! He had to come back the next day to install/ finish to run the TNP line outside and drain pan line. We were very satisfied with his service. When ever there was something done we were informed by him and by email even the estimated time of completion.
