Stuart was polite, and would patiently answer all my questions about the heating system while he was working to replace the blower motor. He made sure all was properly functioning after the installation and cleaned the area accordingly. He explained to me the reason why the system could not be tested for cooling function at that time since the outside temperature was freezing and that would cost the condenser; but, he would leave a note on the file regarding the issue if there would be any in the near future. Stuart's professional working attitude deserves five stars !!!
