I have been going to Park Auto Service for at least 20 years, since I was a little girl with my dad. This week, my car just stopped running and I had to be towed. I called the shop and heard a new voice, the gentleman on the other end told me that he was the new owner and that Bob had retired. I instantly felt my stomach drop out. I didn't know what to do. Chris assured me that I would receive the same service I had grown up with. He arranged to have my car towed to his shop on a flatbed at no cost. When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted before I could even get out of the tow truck. Chris brought me inside, sat me down, offered me a cup of fresh coffee and assured me that I had nothin to worry about. He even offered me a ride to work, which I declined since I was already late and had made arrangements to switch my shift with someone else. I could immediately tell that this place was different, and in a good way. It smelled freshly cleaned, the restroom was immaculate, and there was a real sense of eagerness. Chris introduced me to his partner Mike whom was equally as friendly and sincere. We talked about the change of ownership, and their commitment to the community. These guys were top notch. In what seemed like 15 minutes but was actually 40, they had my car in the shop and knew what to fix. It was a cam shaft sensor, whatever that is. They explained how it worked, and fixed it. I was out of there in less than an hour and a half of my arrival. The mechanic that worked on my car even introduced himself to me and gave me his own business card. He said if I ever had any questions about my car to call him at the shop and he would be glad to help me. WHOA!!! Are you kidding me??? What is going on here? I am so happy that this business was sold to these guys. They made my visit painless. I will recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you so much guys. You are the best. Meredith Kline.
