Had a great experience with these guys. It started when I really messed up my bushmaster AR while attempting to put it back together after cleaning it. I brought it in, and without question, they accepted the challenge and spent a good amount of time to fix the issue. I knew I had really screwed it up and was prepared to pay the price but when Warren came out from the back with it all fixed, I couldnt have been more excited and appreciative of his time and effort. These guys know what they are doing and more importantly, they reflect what good old fashioned customer service should look like. Thanks a lot to the whole fowlers team. Sincerely, customer for life.
