Businiess name:  Clayton Simms, Criminal Defense Attorney
Review by:  Guest
Review content:
We never thought in a million years we would ever need a defense attorney, but the day that my spouse and I realized we needed to start looking, was one of the hardest and most fearful experiences we had ever been through. We immediately started blindly googling different attorneys and reading their reviews and came up with a short list. By the end of the process we knew we had been blessed to have picked Clayton Simms. Clayton was willing to work with us and gave us hope and encouragement throughout the process. The charges ended up being very severe and extremely more severe than the actions that had brought them. We just knew that once the prosecuting attorney or the judge knew the whole story they would agree as well. We soon came to find out that wasn't how the legal system worked. If there was to be any mercy or understanding it would only come through the assistance of a skilled attorney. Clayton worked aggressively with the prosecution to have both the charges and punishment greatly reduced. Even from the beginning he was able to give us advice that ended up making a huge difference in our favor. We don't really believe any of the other attorneys would have given that same advice. Through the entire experience Clayton was willing to travel, always got back with us when we needed him or had questions. Even now that everything is over he is still willing to help us when we have lingering issues to work through. If we could give any helpful advice; that would be to not talk to anyone including friends, family, neighbors, and especially law enforcement about your situation, and to immediately get a highly qualified attorney. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone we cared about to our new friend Clayton Simms.
