I've been trying to get 2 windows replaced for over a year, the lifetime warranty is just a gimmick. they order the windows from a fly by night company that goes out of business in 5 years then they don't have to honor the warranty. I am willing to pay to get the windows replaced but cant get it done. They sent somebody out 3 month ago to measure the windows, we called about 2 month after he measured and they gave us some crap that the windows came in but were broken, meaning they forgot to order them. The guy comes out to install them about 3 weeks ago and they don't fit even though he was the one that measured. We are still waiting, no call to let us know when they will be in or anything. You would think that even though the window manufacture went out of business that the company you bought them would step up and honor the warranty. The glass probably only cost $50.00 so they should just suck it up to keep the customer happy since they SOLD THE LIFE TIME WARRANTY.
