I can not begin to tell you just how bad this place is. Travelling from out of town and the alternator died 20 miles outside of savannah. Thanks to a officer who jumped us off and got us to our friends apartment right before it died again. Spent the better part of Sunday trying to find someone to fix the truck. Talked to pepboy's 3 times and found that they were offering to fix for 260. Asked her twice on the phone the last time if she was sure this would include parts and labor, See we only had 600 for the whole trip!!. So we limp the truck to the pepboys jumping it off several times and finally got it there only to find out that the price jumped to 610.00. The Manager not only did not care about what we had be promised, he even made no apologies for the problem or offer any kind of fix. After calling around to two the car somewhere else we called Gordon Towning who really helped us out also and got us out of a bind! YOU SUCK PEPBOYS!!!!!
